Shandong Energy Mining realizes integrated operation of 17 coal washing plants

Through the innovation of management mode, the specialty of coal washing has realized the integrated operation from 17 to 1, and the effect of gripping fingers into fists has become obvious. Shandong New Energy Mine Group has 23 coal preparation plants both inside and outside the province, with an annual washing capacity of about 57 million tons. Due to geographical constraints, these coal washery have been fighting for many years separately, lacking unified business guidance departments and management units, so that resources such as technology, personnel and management can not be fully shared, and the efficiency of clean coal can not be maximized. Since this year, according to the management idea of "maximizing the benefits of the coal washing industry chain", New Mining Group has set up a coal product R&D management center and a coal washing branch company to unify the management of the coal washing plant, formulate an optimized promotion plan and improve the product recovery rate. Xu Guangqian calculated an account before, "In terms of the current production capacity of the group company, every 1% increase in the yield of clean coal can increase the benefit of the group company by hundreds of millions of yuan."

"Four unifications", that is, unified management mode, unified performance appraisal, unified resource allocation, unified management; "Four autonomies", that is, autonomous safety management of regional companies and directly affiliated factories, autonomous production organization, autonomous quality and cost control, autonomous guarantee of internal harmony and stability. By the end of May, the coal washery branch of New Mining Group has integrated 17 coal washery plants and achieved the cohesive force of gripping fingers into fists.

Aiming at the problems of system links such as "running roughly", "repetitive sorting", "backing up ash" and high slurry yield commonly existing in coal washery plants, an expert consultation group headed by Dr. Xu Guang, a coal washery doctor, was set up in the coal washery branch to carry out technological innovation research, scientifically adjust product structure, and send special personnel to the coal washery. In Inner Mongolia Energy Region of New Mining Group, Central Coal Washing Plant, Great Wall No.1 Coal Washing Plant and Changcheng No.3 Coal Preparation Plant, through deepening the specialized management mode, under the circumstances of continuous staff reduction and equipment aging, achieve washing increase, productivity increase and benefit increase. In May, the ratio of raw coal washed increased by 257,700 tons, the best level in history since the founding of the plant. At the same time, the cycle ratio of clean coal production increased by 4.81%, the cycle ratio of slime production decreased by 3.84%, and the economic benefit was further improved.

The old Ezhuang Coal Mine in Shandong Province, through optimizing the production system of coal washery, restored the flotation system to normal state after two years'suspension, increased the yield of clean coal by 6.8%, reduced slime by 7.48%, and achieved considerable results. The new Julong Coal Washing Plant in Shandong Province, through the implementation of automatic upgrading of the dense control system, commissioned scientific research institutes and returned clean coal in May. The yield reached 79.25%, a record high in recent two years.

In view of the problem that injection coal can not be washed out in the coal washery of Shaanxi New Coal Mine Group Water Coal Company, the coal washery branch rationally adjusts the product structure and produces clean coal products to meet customer needs at one time. In May, 425,000 tons of injected clean coal were washed out, creating the best level in history.

New Mining Group Xinjiang Yili Energy Yixin Coal Washing Plant changed the sieve hole from 100mm to 25mm, which reduced the probability of lump coal transporting and crushing, and improved the system processing capacity.

Recently, Xinmin Group launched the third expert consultation of coal preparation plant, identified 30 technical reform projects and 9 key R&D projects, and estimated that the annual effect will be more than 300 million yuan after all implementation. At the same time, New Mining Group also entrusted scientific research institutes and universities to carry out experimental research on coal slime in order to achieve the effect of "eliminating coal slime". After the success of the pilot project, it will be popularized in all coal washery of the group, with an annual effect of over 100 million yuan.
