According to statistics provided by the General Administration of Customs, in July 2019, the import volume of titanium dioxide in China was 15063.42 tons, a decrease of 5.49% annually, a decrease of 13.3% year on year, and the average import price for that month was $2997.54 per ton. From January to July 2019, the cumulative import volume of titanium dioxide was 90 436.65 tons, with an average import price of $3015.45 per ton, a decrease of 23.48% compared with the same period last year.
In July 2019, the export volume of titanium dioxide in China was 88,595.1 tons, an increase of 6.03% annually, an increase of 26.12% year on year, and the average export price for that month was US$266.48/ton. From January to July 2019, the cumulative export volume of titanium dioxide was 570248.93 tons, with an average export price of $2262.36 per ton, an increase of 1.28% over the previous year.
