Lanzhou Petrochemical's Full-density Polyethylene Titanium Series 'Adds New Members'
On June 10, Lanzhou Petrochemical Ethylene Plant received good news that 300,000 tons/year full-density polyethylene was successfully converted into a new product DNDC7148 rolling plastic, marking the "new addition" to Lanzhou Petrochemical's polyethylene-titanium family.
Full-density polyethylene resin DNDC7148 products are mainly used in the production of hollow containers, industrial barrels, outdoor storage containers, etc., and have broad market prospects. The successful development and production of this product has achieved a full range of low-density, medium-density and high-density titanium products in Lanzhou Petrochemical's 300,000-ton/year full-density polyethylene plant, which can meet the diverse processing needs of the market and improve Lanzhou Petrochemical's Market competitiveness of titanium products.
During the production conversion process, Lanzhou Petrochemical management and technical personnel were on-site monitoring and guidance throughout the process, coordinating and solving technical problems in the production process, grasping first-hand production data, summarizing and optimizing the production process in a timely manner, and ensuring the safety and stability of the production conversion. The post operators strictly implement the "four one card" operation, confirm step by step, keep an eye on the changing trend of product density, accurately adjust key parameters such as reactor temperature and ethylene partial pressure, and analyze the melt index of powder and pellet products every hour. Analyze the data and dynamically adjust the dosage ratio of various raw materials and catalysts to ensure that the product quality is under control throughout the process.
