He also proposed alternative experimental methods and evaluation procedures for animal experiments, such as Read-across, weight-of-evidence approach, and alternative experimental methods for verifying scientific feasibility provided by European Alternative Method Feasibility Test Center and OECD.

He also emphasized that "cosmetics already sold in other Member States need to be registered with CPNP when translating labels according to specific Member States or sales plans. In the case of de-Europeanization, when Cosmetics Manufactured in the UK are sold to the EU, they should be consistent with products imported from third countries and label their origin."
