Among its physical characteristics we can highlight that its appearance is crystalline, and in its state of aggregation it appears as a liquid with a density of 100 Kg/cm3, has a molar mass of 62.03 g/mol, has a boiling point of 333.6 degrees Celsius.
Chemically, it has an acidity of 6.352 pK, and only when dissolved is it soluble in water.
Uses of H2CO3
This is an acid that provides flavor and acidity to different food products, arises as a result of Carbon Dioxide, combined with water that are present in many foods, hence many of its uses.
