The Opening of Trade Fair Frequently Interacts with 'Hard Core' Industry

As a platform for displaying and exchanging innovative achievements in China's industry, especially manufacturing industry, the annual trade fair will bring a large number of hard science and technology products. On the morning of September 17, the 21st China International Industrial Exposition (hereinafter referred to as the "Trade Fair") with the theme of "Intelligence, Interconnection - New Development of Enabling Industries" opened. In this year's exhibition area with nine major exhibition areas totaling 280,000 square meters, many elements of the Yangtze River Delta appear frequently.
In the "Innovation Science and Technology Museum" organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, the "core" highland of the Yangtze River Delta attracted many audiences to stop. From the production of integrated circuit equipment, chip manufacturer's products, to terminal application enterprises, a booth concentrates the whole industry chain of integrated circuits. The staff of Huahong Group, one of the exhibitors, told First Financial Journalist that they were flanked by semiconductor equipment manufacturers from Shanghai and automobile electronics manufacturers from Zhejiang. "We are not only connected on the exhibition stand, but also cooperate in business. For example, the semiconductor equipment manufacturer on the left has been providing us with production equipment, and the finished products we make are exactly what the right car electronics manufacturer needs. From simple "output" and "radiation" to deep-level concentration of industrial chain, in order to build a world-class integrated circuit industry map, the cooperation of the Yangtze River Delta is not only on the exhibition stand of the Industrial Expo.
From the scale of IC industry in 2018 and the aggregation degree of leading enterprises, it can be found that the Yangtze River Delta is also the region with the strongest foundation of IC industry, the most complete industrial chain and the most advanced technology in China. Ziguang Zhanrui Group, Zhongxin International Group and Huahong Group have also signed contracts with cities such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu, focusing on design and manufacturing. Project cooperation. In addition, three provinces and one city are also making use of their own industrial endowments to develop differently. For example, while Shanghai covers the whole industrial chain, Shanghai is generally on the high-end, while Zhejiang is on the design side, while Jiangsu and Anhui are on the fencing, manufacturing, design and other links. On the same day, with the production line of Huahong Wuxi Integrated Circuit Research and Manufacture Base (Phase I) (Huahong No. 7 Factory), the first batch of 12-inch silicon wafers entered the process platform and began to manufacture 55 nano-chip products in Wuxi, a hundred miles away. The project is also formally entering the production and operation period. As a major industrial project of Yangtze River Delta integration linking Shanghai and Soviet Union, this base is also the first manufacturing project of Huahong Group to go out of Shanghai and layout the whole country.
The Yangtze River Delta is not only the region with the largest scale of robotics industry and the highest proportion of market applications in China, but also the region with more than 50% of the production capacity of robots in China. At the same time, the robot industry in the Yangtze River Delta is also one of the important driving points to achieve the goal of building a world-class industrial development cluster in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta region.
This China Industrial Expo Robot Exhibition has gathered more than 150 domestic and foreign robotic enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. For example, ABB, Fanaco, Kuka, Panda Electronics, Harbin Engineering Intelligence, etc. Taking Kuka as an example, five companies (4 in Shanghai and 1 in Kunshan) have been set up in the Yangtze River Delta, thanks to the traditional advantages of automobile and electronic information industry in the Yangtze River Delta. In addition to the exhibition, the current trade fair also carried out discussions on relevant issues and the establishment of the alliance in the Yangtze River Delta. According to the "Research on Urban Development Index and Top 500 Brands of Advanced Manufacturing Industry" released by Saidi Research Institute of Ministry of Industry and Information on the 16th, 19 cities in the Yangtze River Delta are listed in the 2009 Saidi Advanced Manufacturing Industry Urban Development Index TOP50. Among the top 500 advanced manufacturing industries, the Yangtze River Delta is the most concentrated area of TOP500 enterprises, accounting for 32%. Behind the data are many layouts made by three provinces and one city around intelligent manufacturing. Shanghai's Intelligent Manufacturing Action Plan (2019-2021), released in June this year, puts forward that by 2021, Shanghai will become a new national intelligent manufacturing application plateau, a source of core technology and an output of system solutions, and promote the coordinated development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.
In order to further implement the Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan, the National Intelligent Manufacturing Development Strategy and the Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Action Plan (2019-2021), the Yangtze River Delta Intelligent Manufacturing Co-innovation was launched on the afternoon of 16th at the 21st China International Industrial Exposition, 2019 Intelligent Manufacturing Conference. The exhibition alliance held a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation with the Brand Committee of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Committee. After the signing ceremony, Sun Huifeng, president of Saidi Consulting Co., Ltd., told First Financial Journalist that in the field of intelligent manufacturing, the Yangtze River Delta region led by Shanghai has a good industrial synergy, and Shanghai has played an important role in factor flow and allocation. In the view of Jiang Weihong, Secretary-General of Brand Committee of Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Committee, Shanghai has innate advantages in city character, R&D and talent, and also has sufficient advantages in facing international market and financial factors in the integration of Yangtze River Delta. Serve the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in other parts of the Yangtze River Delta.
