The concept of "Industrial Internet" was first proposed by General Electric in 2012, and then five leading enterprises in the United States jointly formed the Industrial Internet Alliance (IIC) to promote this concept.

In January this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Guidelines for the Construction and Promotion of Industrial Internet Networks. In March this year, the "Industrial Internet" was written into the "State Council Government Work Report 2019". Subsequently, the Beijing Industrial Internet Technology Innovation and Industrial Development Alliance was established. Since this year, Industrial Internet has become a hot word, which attracts people's attention.

According to the unified planning and deployment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, at present, China's industrial Internet logo analysis national top-level node construction ushered in an intensive start-up period, and rapidly spread in all walks of life. In the coal industry, the vitality and value of the coal industry Internet can not be underestimated. What is the relationship between industrial Internet and integration?

Director of Statistics and Information Department of China Coal Industry Association, Vice President and Secretary-General of Information Branch, Chen Yangcai, said that integration of industrialization and integration is a long-term national strategy, while industrial Internet is the focus of work at this stage. Among them, Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Intelligence and so on are all the technical means to build the industrial Internet platform. According to Su Huagang, head of Huawei (Jining), the current "China Mine Safety Cloud" has the following functions: One is to show the situation of meeting the national coal mine standards; the other is to guide and urge enterprises to carry out risk management; the third is to supervise and manage the environment and production process of the whole mining area remotely.

According to the actual situation of the enterprise, "China Mine Safety Cloud" can build an emergency rescue support system to meet the individual needs of the enterprise. At present, Yanzhou Mining Group has connected the emergency management platform of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine to Huaweiyun.

"Yanzhou Mining Group is actively studying the application of 5G in underground mine with Huawei. In the future, few people can be mined by AR/VR and other technologies." Yanzhou Mining Group Chief Engineer Meng Xiangjun said.

"In the future, first-class coal enterprises must have platforms. Large enterprises use platforms to serve small and medium-sized enterprises. Enterprises'platforms' will be the future development trend. In the future, it will be the general trend to establish a unified big data platform for the coal industry, so as to realize the scientific management of materials, equipment and funds. " Chen Yangcai said.

The core of future safety production is industrial Internet

"The core of future safety production is industrial Internet, which can help coal mine disaster prevention and mitigation." Zhang Xingkai, president of the Chinese Academy of Safety Research, said.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Strategic Planning Framework for Information Development of the Ministry of Emergency Management", the Chinese Academy of Safety Production Sciences launched the "National Coal Mine Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning System" needs analysis and pilot construction program preparation in 2018.

"The construction of this project will open up the channels of data collection, transmission and sharing from coal enterprises to provincial coal mine safety supervision bureaus, so as to form the ability of monitoring and early warning of coal mine accident risk and improve the overall level of safety production in coal industry." Zhang Xingkai said. In addition to the current application in the field of risk monitoring and early warning, the Internet of coal industry has a greater "ambition" - deep integration with coal mine safety mining, to create a truly intelligent mine. Li Quanming, director of the Institute of Mine Safety Technology, China Academy of Safety Research, constructed a scenario for reporters: coal enterprises determine production by judging market demand, coal production and production information are transparent and open, underground mechanization and automated mining are realized all-weather, while working conditions are realized. Real-time perception, based on spatial data model to form a "map" of safety production risk.

1. Data security is one of the major barriers to the Internet of coal industry. Zhu Yanyu, an engineer at the Institute of Mine Safety Technology of the Chinese Academy of Safety Research, said that coal resources, as an important energy guarantee in China, will pose a huge challenge to energy information security in China once they are interconnected through the network, large amounts of data storage, query and management.

2. From the perspective of technology and benefit, industrial Internet is first networking, but more importantly, it gives industrial equipment the ability to perceive. How to break through the bottleneck of equipment technology and how to coordinate the advanced technical means with the high cost of underground application are the problems that need to be considered and solved at this stage.

3. From the perspective of coal enterprise management, some coal enterprises are worried that after the connection of safety monitoring data and Internet, the daily real-time working conditions and production conditions are exposed to the vision of the coal mine safety supervision and supervision department, and the application enthusiasm is not high.

4. At present, the Internet of coal industry has just started. It takes time and process to establish a comprehensive and scientific standard. For example, it is difficult to formulate mine communication standards at present. At present, the standard of 3G, 4G system is generally formulated in underground mine. With the arrival of 5G era, the standard formulated lacks practical basis. Chen Yangcai said, "But not all standards can not be formulated. For example, interface standards, material management information standards, etc., can achieve industry unification.

In May this year, the Ministry of Emergency Management issued the catalogue of the first batch of standardized documents for emergency management science and technology informatization, which standardized 246 standards, including coal mine perception data acquisition rules.
