Safety Warning Education Activities in Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone

On September 3, the Shanghai Chemical District Management Committee, together with the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, organized a one-day safety warning education and training activity for the principal responsible persons of chemical and dangerous chemicals enterprises.
This activity aims to promote the leaders of chemical and dangerous chemicals enterprises to deeply learn warning lessons from various chemical accidents. City safety experts have made a detailed introduction to the Guidelines for the Investigation and Treatment of Safety Risk Hidden Dangerous Chemicals Enterprises from the compilation background, ideas, main contents, basic requirements and how to apply them. Interpretation, provide detailed guidance for enterprises to do a good job in risk investigation; analyze the basic situation, causes of accidents, exposed problems and improvement of typical dangerous chemicals accidents at home and abroad; related enterprises exchanged the practices of carrying out safety risk assessment and commitment notification work; the heads of enterprises in the region signed a safety contract. Production commitment.
Training puts forward four safety warning requirements for enterprises: first, to enhance safety awareness, conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility, to meet the growing needs of the people for security; second, to fully implement effective measures for the investigation of potential safety risks, to pay close attention to the outstanding problems and weaknesses in safety management, and to eliminate them. The third is to strengthen the safety management of outsourcing, inspection and maintenance units, and standardize the implementation of detailed management system procedures for field operations such as fire and airtight space; the fourth is to pay attention to optimizing the professional choice of third-party service agencies, and to control the participation of intermediaries in safety management access mechanism.
