In order to ensure the safety and stability during the national day, 38 coal mines (coal preparation plants) of Shanxi coking coal will carry out the autumn outage maintenance (or take a rest) to eliminate hidden dangers and plug loopholes, so as to lay a good foundation for production safety.

Coking coal is required for outage maintenance work. It is necessary to carry out maintenance work in strict accordance with "coal mine safety regulations", "operation regulations" and "operation regulations". Special safety technical measures should be formulated for each overhaul task; relevant workers should study carefully and work according to the measures; safety supervision should be carried out throughout the process, and the system of lead and follow-up should be implemented. To improve the quality of overhaul, through overhaul, consolidate the basic work of safety, enhance the mine safety support capacity.

In order to ensure the orderly development of power outage maintenance work, the relevant overhaul coal mines (coal preparation plants) have formulated the "Overhaul Measures", established the overhaul leading group, clarified the responsible personnel, specific responsibilities, overhaul plan, safety measures during overhaul, preparedness, etc., and identified contacts, duty locations and telephone calls.

The overhaul (or holiday break) is expected to affect the output of raw coal by more than 14 million tons and refined coal by more than 700,000 tons.
