With the arrival of the Eleventh Long Holiday, major businesses are ready to meet the needs of customers. Wang Weiguang, manager of the fruit wholesale market of Hujiamiao in Xi'an, said that this year, the market has a sufficient supply of fruits, including local fruits, provincial fruits and imported fruits, with dozens of varieties.

A fruit wholesaler told reporters that there are many kinds of local fruit on the market in Shaanxi recently, and most of the prices have declined. As soon as the National Day holiday comes, the sales will go up. A watermelon vendor said that during the National Day holiday, he could sell about 10,000 Jin of watermelon a day. An Apple vendor said that he now sells about 100 boxes a day. In the imported fruit area, the reporter learned that the price of some aristocratic fruits was relatively stable compared with previous years. The price of a box of plums in Chile was 240 yuan; that of golden fruits in New Zealand was 190 yuan; and that of avocados in Mexico was 150 yuan. Journalists learned that, on the whole, the price of local fruit in Shaanxi Province was lower during the long vacation period, and the price of fruit in other provinces increased due to artificial transportation. The price of imported fruits did not change much, so the citizens could choose to buy them.
