This is the first special group standard for the elderly dining table in our city, and it is also the first one in the management of the elderly dining service in the whole country. The elderly dining table refers to the catering service operators who have suitable places, facilities, equipment and supplies for the elderly to provide catering services for the elderly. According to the newly released standards, the elderly dining table is divided into three levels: star, two-star and three-star. The more stars there are, the higher the level of the old table. What are the specific differences between different stars? Construction and facilities, equipment conditions, food quality requirements and service quality are the basis for grading. The restaurant should have special diets for the elderly, such as vegetarian diet, ethnic minorities, hypertension, diabetes, gout and so on, which should be publicized in the centralized dining area.
