Reporters learned from Dalian Market Supervision Bureau on October 9 that up to now, 100 catering enterprises have opened their kitchens to consumers on the two takeaway platforms of "Mei Tuan" and "Are you hungry". Consumers can watch the whole process of food production online. By the end of this year, "Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" will have 300 online caterers, and the city will gradually implement the monitoring of all the merchants stationed on takeout platform.

It is known that the "bright kitchen stove" of online catering requires merchants stationed on the online ordering platform to install video cameras in the back kitchen, and the processing process is played synchronously on the ordering platform. Consumers can know the food safety situation of takeaway products by moving their fingers. Once problems are found, such as chefs not wearing hats or wiping pans and shovels with rags when processing food, screenshots can be taken as evidence to report. Food safety supervision has changed from a pair of eyes of regulatory authorities to countless eyes of consumers, breaking the "dark box operation" of online catering.

In order to crack down on and investigate the black workshops on the network catering platform, Dalian adopted the concept of "governing the network by the network", and entrusted third-party technology companies to monitor the big data of catering enterprises on several popular network catering platforms.

Through technical monitoring means, we have achieved automatic monitoring, preservation and identification of business information and data (such as store name, address, business license, license, etc.) of all target businesses of the online ordering platform, and can automatically compare with the license information of the regulatory authorities intelligently. At the same time, we can quickly lock in the online license publicity of catering enterprises in our jurisdiction. Analyzing the authenticity and falsity of the license, grasping 10 types of violations such as not publicizing the license, basically solving the disorder of takeaway platform operation. In addition, after the regulatory data are aggregated, the illegal information monitored will be pushed to the market supervision departments of the counties and districts to supervise their verification and disposal and timely rectification. It is understood that a total of 32467 stores have been monitored, and the rate of violations has dropped dramatically.
