According to statistics, India will export 5,417 tons of ibuprofen in 2021, a year-on-year decrease of 25.29%, mainly due to the impact of the rebound of the epidemic, and the production of APIs is restricted; the export price continues to decline, with an average export price of 13.57$/k, a year-on-year decrease of 14.8%.
Indian export companies are mainly IOL and SOLARA, and the two export shares in 2021 will account for 80.24; products are mainly exported to the European Union, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
It is expected that the export volume of ibuprofen raw materials in India will rebound significantly in 2022. According to monitoring, in the first quarter of 2022, the export of ibuprofen raw materials in India will increase by 41.87% year-on-year, and the price is expected to remain low.
