China's latest import and export data show that partners have performed well

According to new media, China's customs data show that China's imports and exports grew by 2.8% in the first three quarters, with overall stability. According to the latest data released by the World Trade Organization (WTO), from January to July this year, China's import and export growth rate was higher than that of Germany, Japan and South Korea, and it still maintained its position as the world's largest trading country in goods, accounting for 0.1% more than that of the same period last year.
According to reports, the General Administration of Customs released data on October 14, showing that the total value of China's foreign trade imports and exports in the first three quarters of this year was 22.91 trillion yuan, continuing the overall stable and stable development trend of quality assurance. Among them, export was 12.48 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.2%; import was 10.43 trillion yuan, a decrease of 0.1%; trade surplus was 2.05 trillion yuan, an increase of 44.2%. Li Quiwen, spokesman of the General Administration of Customs, said at a press conference held by the Information Office of the State Council that day that China's foreign trade had the characteristics of "more significant" leading role in general trade, "further enhancement of market development effect" and "continuous enhancement" of foreign trade vitality of private enterprises. Specifically, in the first three quarters, general trade imports and exports increased by 4.8% to 13.64 trillion yuan, accounting for 59.5% of the total value of foreign trade, an increase of 1.1 percentage points over the same period last year. Over the same period, China's trade with the two largest trading partners, the EU and ASEAN, increased by 8.6% and 11.5% respectively, accounting for 15.6% and 13.7% of the total foreign trade value, respectively, at 3.57 trillion yuan and 3.14 trillion yuan.
In the first three quarters, China's total imports and exports to the countries along the belt and road grew by 9.5% yuan, accounting for 29% of the total value of foreign trade in the past 6 trillion and 650 billion quarters. It is worth mentioning that private enterprises imported and exported 9.69 trillion yuan in the first three quarters, an increase of 10.4%, accounting for 42.3% of the total value of foreign trade, an increase of 2.9 percentage points over the same period last year. This shows that the vitality of the main body of China's foreign trade market is increasing.
Li Quiwen said that since this year, the growth of international economic and trade has slowed down and the external environment has become more complex and severe. However, the fundamentals of China's economic stabilization and improvement in foreign trade have not changed. The Customs will steadily promote various reforms, focus on optimizing the business environment at the port, and further promote the stable quality of foreign trade.
