According to the latest statistics of customs, in September 2022, the import volume of paste resin was 0.7700 tons, an increase of 45.78% compared with last month and 37.67% compared with last year. The export volume was 0.900 tons, a decrease of 20.45% compared with last month and a slight increase of 8.67% compared with last year. In September, the domestic paste resin market showed a downward trend, but the international market also appeared obvious loosening, the export advantage of our paste resin weakened. According to the feedback of manufacturers and traders, the late order receiving situation is still not good, it is expected that the domestic paste resin export volume is still difficult to have a great improvement.

From January to September 2022, the cumulative import of paste resin was 55,300 tons, down 18.22% compared with the same period last year, and the cumulative export of paste resin was 81,200 tons, up 52.15% compared with the same period last year.

According to the statistics of import sources, from January to September 2022, the paste resin mainly came from Taiwan, Germany and Thailand, accounting for 26.42%, 26.34% and 14.63%, respectively. According to the statistics of export destinations, from January to September of 2022, the top three regions in the export volume of Chinese paste resin are the Russian Federation, Turkey and India, accounting for 41.69%, 12.97% and 8.79% respectively.
