Digital Factory Training Base of Zhejiang Intelligent Molding Technology

It is reported that on October 11, 2019, with the strong support of Zhejiang Provincial People's Society Hall, Ningbo Municipal Government, Ningbo Municipal People's Society Bureau and Beilun District Government, the official opening ceremony of Ningbo Public Training Center for High-skilled Talents was held in Beilun, Ningbo, with the participation of important leaders such as the Provincial People's Society Hall and Ningbo Municipal Government. In this activity, we are refreshed by the opening of the first phase of Intelligent Manufacturing High-end Training. The trainees are senior and senior engineers from typical enterprises in all fields of Ningbo manufacturing industry. On the spot of the training activity, we interviewed Zhu Haibiao, executive vice president of Ningbo Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology. "It's a great honor to be able to witness the opening of the first class of Zhongzhi Port Innovation College together with you. I'm glad that our training has received great attention and recognition from the first class of trainees and all sectors of the society. Under the guidance of the theme strategy of high-quality development of manufacturing in China, the direction of traditional enterprises is counted." The transformation and upgrading of digital chemical plants is an inevitable trend, which not only requires digitalization in software, hardware and technology, but also enables the development of manufacturing industry by providing overall solutions for diagnosis, planning, design and engineering services of digital factories for manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, we are building an innovative Institute of Zhongzhi Port, which cultivates high-end professionals urgently needed by users for operation and maintenance of digital factories.
In the work report of Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in 2018, it clearly pointed out that "digital economy should be regarded as the No. 1 project, focusing on key areas such as intelligent manufacturing, intelligent city, intelligent port and navigation, and promoting the deep integration of real economy with Internet, big data and artificial intelligence." The development of digital economy has become the main theme of social and economic development, and industrial digitalization is the most important part of digital economy. However, in today's society with private economy as the mainstream, how does the traditional manufacturing industry transform and upgrade? How does the traditional production mode inject digital blood? What kind of human resource allocation and cultivation are needed for the construction of digital factories to make it high-end and professional? Enabling the digital economy and creating new momentum for development. In this regard, Tan Jianrong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of the Ningbo Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology, as the chief scientist of the 973 National Project, also has his own unique views. At the 2008 CCTV Financial Forum and Summit of Listed Companies in China, Academician Tan put forward the constructive idea of "consolidating the foundation and innovating independently" to build China's Intelligent Manufacturing Building, and the key to develop Intelligent Manufacturing is more important. From the point of view of product life cycle, we should take the road of independent innovation and move towards informationization, digitalization and networking. At the same time, we need to cultivate a group of professional high-end talents according to the actual needs of enterprise digitalization transformation and upgrading, and provide strong guarantee and support for the construction, operation and maintenance of digital chemical plants. Only in this way can we really consolidate the foundation of manufacturing industry, which is exactly what traditional manufacturing enterprises lack. The scarcity of professional talents is the difficulty and pain point for traditional enterprises to move towards digital production and management, which restricts the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The Ningbo Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology, headed by Academician Tan, aims to serve digital China, lead cutting-edge technology, drive industrial agglomeration, foster industrial ecology, build "China's Intelligent Manufacturing Brain" and build a first-class platform for scientific research and innovation of Intelligent Manufacturing in China. As the executive vice-president of the Institute of Intellectual Research said, in this process, the Institute has always been market-oriented, and deeply recognized the pain points and difficulties of traditional manufacturing enterprises in the process of digital transformation and upgrading. It has not only independently developed the intelligent cloud-end system to realize the interconnection and interconnection of enterprise equipment and industrial material, but also helped small and medium-sized industrial enterprises to achieve "big data, transparency, visualization and flat". With the support of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Sciences, and with the support of Zhejiang University of Engineering, Fanaco Institute of Industry, Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Association, Ningbo Institute of Technicians and Leading Enterprises of Domestic Industries, the Digital Factory Training Base of Zhejiang Province Intelligent Molding Technology Innovation Center, Zhongzhi Port Institute of Innovation, is supported by the Provincial Innovation Center and the high-end team of the Institute of Intelligent Research. The purpose of establishing advanced manufacturing talents training alliance is to explore a new innovative service platform of college system alliance with deep integration of industry, education, research and application, integration of CPPCC, innovation and school enterprise cooperation. Zhu Haibiao, Executive Vice President of the Institute of Intelligent Research, concluded that, as a high-end training platform for intelligent manufacturing, Zhongzhi Port Innovation College, with the purpose of "practical training, practice and effectiveness", based on profound insight into the needs of professionals and years of experience in training professionals, sedates the corresponding knowledge modules of post competence, builds an evaluation model in line with professional growth, and establishes a "1+X" model. Certificate system, with "one training, two in three cooperation" as the starting point, creates a "double teacher" teacher team, adopts the modern apprenticeship training mode led by the enterprise, the mature "dual system" training mode, carries forward the essence of "dual system", and enables learning to grow in the enterprise atmosphere. In the way of "theory + practice", the Innovation College of Zhongzhi Port aims at cultivating and transporting tens of thousands of high-end professionals for the implementation, installation and commissioning, operation management and maintenance of digitized transformation for the majority of manufacturing enterprises, laying a firm foundation for the overall development of digitized chemical plants, and helping China's manufacturing industry take off.
