Department of energy conservation went to Inner Mongolia to supervise

On September 18, a training meeting was held in Hohhot on the implementation plan of energy consumption quota standard for calcium carbide and ferroalloy. More than 200 enterprises from Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia and other provinces, cities and autonomous regions and representatives of some local energy conservation supervision institutions attended the training. At the meeting, Gao Yunhu elaborated the importance of implementing the mandatory energy consumption quota standard for improving energy efficiency of enterprises in high energy consumption industry and resolving the contradiction of overcapacity, and redeployed the implementation of the scheme. Experts from calcium carbide and ferroalloy Association explained in detail the implementation rules, operation mode and key target assessment of the scheme, and fully communicated with representatives of the meeting. After the training, Gao Yunhu and his team went to Ulanqab and Xilinhot to investigate the implementation of energy consumption quota standards for calcium carbide and ferroalloy enterprises such as Mengwei technology, Huade Zhongtai nickel iron, etc., focused on the closed calcium carbide furnace process in the calcium carbide industry, nickel iron smelting rkef production process in the ferroalloy industry, investigated the energy-saving transformation of enterprises such as waste heat utilization, and inspected The basic work of the enterprise, such as the allocation of energy measuring instruments, energy measurement statistics and the construction of energy management system, has been checked. Through the supervision, we can understand the experience, practice and existing problems in the implementation of the energy consumption quota standard in the early stage of the enterprise, and put forward suggestions on the application and promotion of key technologies to support the implementation of the standard. This supervision has further improved the understanding of participating enterprises and local energy-saving supervision institutions on the implementation plan of calcium carbide and ferroalloy energy consumption quota standard, which is helpful to enhance the enterprise's ability to implement the standard, promote the implementation of the plan, and lay a good foundation for local and enterprises to implement the energy consumption quota standard, adjust the industrial structure and resolve the contradiction of overcapacity.
