Guangyuan City holds a joint action promotion meeting on food safety

On October 21, the county held a joint action meeting to promote the rectification of food safety issues. County Market Supervision Bureau, County Public Security Bureau and other member units of the joint action group on food safety issues attended the meeting. Yang Mingxue, member of the Standing Committee of the county Party committee and Secretary of the political and legal committee, attended and addressed the meeting, which was presided over by Luo Hong, deputy county head and director of the County Public Security Bureau. At the meeting, the leaders of six joint action project teams reported on the current work and the next work plan. By strengthening supervision and law enforcement, solving the hot issues of the people's concern, we will build a life, health and safety barrier for the people, so that people can buy, use and eat safely.

The county market supervision bureau and other relevant departments should take the "joint action" as an important work at present, perform their duties solidly, dare to take on responsibilities, and promote the "joint action" to achieve actual results. Second, we need to strengthen linkage. We should strengthen the linkage between the top and the bottom, the linkage between departments, give full play to the role of local agencies at the grass-roots level, take the initiative to connect with the higher authorities, and form a joint force for rectification. At the same time, we should focus on law enforcement forces and resources, promptly investigate and publish a number of major typical cases in the fields of counterfeiting, sales and false propaganda, and deal with them strictly according to law to form a powerful deterrent.
