Market Supervision Bureau Dazhou renovates food business stalls

For a long time, small food workshops, small business shops and vendors (referred to as "three small" for short) have been the difficulties in the performance of food regulatory functions by market regulators. At present, there are 154 small food processing workshops, 534 small food business stalls and 908 small catering stores in Dachuan City, Dazhou. Because of the large number and wide distribution, it is very difficult to supervise the market. In order to effectively strengthen the supervision of "three small" food business stalls, Dachuan District Market Supervision Bureau has focused on and carried out special rectification work since September this year, which has achieved remarkable results.
