Hengli Shut a PTA Unit Unexpectedly
Hengli Petrochemical has shut its 1# 2.2 million mt/yr PTA unit by half due to technical glitch. It is said to be something wrong with the stirrer according to a close source but unconfirmed officially. The 1.1 million will keep shut for 10 days.
