Latest news: according to the notice on staggered peak production of cement enterprises in heating season 2019-2020 jointly issued by the Department of industry and information technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Department of ecological environment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, all cement clinker production enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (including cement clinker production enterprises using calcium carbide from November 15, 2019 to March 15, 2020 totaled 4 Full implementation of peak shifting production in last month. Among them, carbide slag cement enterprises are only applicable to the central and western regions, including Hohhot, Baotou, Ulanqab, Ordos, Bayannur, Wuhai and Alxa League. Encourage all cement clinker enterprises to extend the time of increasing staggered peak production on the premise of voluntariness.

Peak shifting schedule: before 2020, implement the normalization of cement clinker peak shifting production. The peak shifting time from 2019 to 2020 is from November 15, 2019 to March 15, 2020, a total of 4 months to fully implement peak shifting production. Enterprises unable to stop production due to special circumstances during peak shifting shall, according to the time schedule of peak shifting production in the region, and traditional cement clinker enterprises (the annual capacity utilization rate of a single production line is more than 30% and the actual kiln opening time is more than 100 days) shall, on the basis of the implementation of the four-month peak shifting production stipulated by the autonomous region, carry out the equivalent displacement of (capacity) output, and both parties shall sign a replacement contract (except for Department production line), prepare replacement plan, and report to the Department of industry and information technology of the autonomous region level by level for publicity, and implement it after no objection.
