The first time for northwest oil field to export condensate from Xinjiang

On November 1, the newly built loading pump skid room and metering skid room outside the condensate tank area of yakla terminal station of oil and gas transportation and marketing department of northwest oil field were busy and orderly. With the end of the words of the on-site commander and the central control staff, the post staff pressed the start button of the oil transfer pump between the pump skids, and the condensate flowed continuously to the Yaha crude oil loading station 2km away through the winding export pipeline. After 60 days of intensive construction, the condensate pipeline from yakla terminal station of Sinopec Northwest oil field to Yaha loading station of PetroChina Tarim oil field has been put into operation. The exported condensate and crude oil from Yaha loading station will be transmitted to users outside Xinjiang through long-distance pipeline, which is also the first time for northwest oil field to realize the export of condensate in the form of pipeline transportation. In recent years, with the rapid production of Shunbei oil and gas field, the condensate production has increased significantly, which has become the growth point of crude oil production and efficiency creation in northwest oil field. In the past, the condensate produced in Shunbei oil and gas field of northwest oil field was transported by road and railway. In order to break the bottleneck of condensate export, northwest oil field constructed the condensate pipeline project from YAKELA loading terminal station to Yaha loading station in Tarim oil field in time. The project includes two newly built skid mounted condensate export pump rooms, one transfer metering skid and one 2km export pipeline. The condensate pipeline was put into operation, which broke the bottleneck of oil sales, widened the oil transportation and sales channels, changed the transportation pattern and optimized the transportation structure. It provides strong support and guarantee for the development and construction of upper production and Shunbei oil and gas field in Northwest Oilfield.
