Application of waste alkali liquid transmission pipeline in Guangzhou

The project of waste alkali liquor delivery to wastewater stripping unit of Guangzhou petrochemical industry was completed on schedule, which eliminated the potential impact of the waste water on the biochemical system of wastewater treatment unit and ensured the safe and stable operation of environmental protection unit. Before that, the waste alkali liquor of chemical industry was discharged into the refinery sewage treatment system for treatment. In order to avoid the impact of sewage benzene series on the sewage system, Guangzhou Petrochemical decided to introduce the waste alkali liquor of chemical industry zone into the sewage stripping unit. On October 16, Guangzhou Petrochemical public engineering department received the task of connecting the original chemical waste alkali liquid main pipeline to the sewage stripping unit, and required to put it into use before the completion of defect elimination in the chemical industry area. On October 17, the project construction was officially started. In a short period of more than 10 days, it is difficult and time-consuming to lay and weld a 1200 meter long new pipeline across most of the oil refining areas in the existing pipe gallery. The refining sewage plant of the public works department is comprehensively coordinated, staggering the peak period of overhaul construction; all departments and project construction units work closely to ensure the project is delivered safely as scheduled.
