According to the press conference, from the data of coal production, import and consumption in the first 10 months of this year, the coal supply of the whole country is in a loose state, and there may be partial supply shortage in the northeast, southwest and two lakes and one river areas. In order to consolidate the achievements of structural reform on the supply side of coal, 11 large-scale power coal production enterprises, such as national energy group and China Coal Group, have put forward proposals to ensure supply, safety and people's livelihood, make emergency preparations for the possible extreme weather during the peak winter, give priority to the allocation of resources in areas where traditional supply is tight, and stabilize operation, market and price Organize production according to market changes, timely adjust the flow of resources, fully implement national policies and measures to stabilize the market, and ensure that the coal price remains within the green range; pay attention to integrity, abide by contracts, and develop together, establish the concept of long-term development and coordinated development, adhere to the signing of medium and long-term contracts as the top priority of marketing work, and adhere to the medium and long-term contract pricing mechanism of "base price + floating price" We will strictly implement coal sales contracts, further improve the fulfillment rate of medium and long-term contracts, sign more and more medium and long-term contracts, create a good social atmosphere of honesty and trustworthiness, and lay the foundation for building a harmonious and win-win community of common destiny for upstream and downstream coal enterprises.
