According to the meeting, coal and electricity are both responsible for the important mission of national energy security, which is related to the overall development of national economy. Over the past three years, both sides of coal and electricity have adhered to the principle of good faith, fulfilled their social responsibilities, and strictly fulfilled their coal sales contracts, ensuring the fulfillment rate of medium and long-term contracts. The scale of long-term contracts has been expanding, and long-term coal contracts have been well fulfilled. Especially when the peak period of power supply and heat supply is coming this year, the industry enterprises have taken the overall situation into consideration, understood the general situation and acted bravely, prepared enough inventory in advance, guaranteed the power coal supply required for power generation and heat supply, and played an important role in the stability of the coal market. The participating enterprises indicated that they would adhere to the pricing mechanism of "benchmark price + floating price" and guide the coal market price to operate in the green range.

In view of the problems encountered in the power coal cooperation of China Changxie, it is suggested to improve the price mechanism of inland Changxie as soon as possible, solve the problem of hanging back between the price of Changxie and the market price, adhere to the principle of direct supply of factories and mines, support the order mode of "Changxie + spot", adhere to high quality and good price, and hope that coal enterprises will increase the production and supply of high calorific value coal under the policy background of "double control of energy". At the same time, we will continue to expand the scale of cooperation, sign real and solid contracts in the medium and long term, and both sides will continue to explore and study the price system of the coal market, so as to make the coal price more transparent, scientific and fair.
