The reporter learned from the market supervision administration of Shaanxi Province on November 9 that by the end of November 2019, Shaanxi had newly registered 1.167 million market entities, an increase of 50.45% year-on-year, and the reform pace of registration facilitation of Shaanxi market entities was further accelerated. With the promotion of the reform of the commercial system and the implementation of a series of policies such as optimizing and improving the business environment, Shaanxi further reduces the start-up time of enterprises, and continues to work around the requirements of streamlining materials, compressing links and reducing costs. By the end of November, Shaanxi Province had 3.8672 million market entities, an increase of 32.11% year on year. Among them, there are 67000 domestic (non private) enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, individual businesses and farmers' professional cooperatives, 855600, 6146, 2867100 and 71100, respectively. In addition, Shaanxi Province's deregistration facilitation reform has achieved remarkable results. In August, Shaanxi Province established a special area for enterprises to cancel online services, realizing the "one network" service for enterprises to cancel, "information sharing and synchronous guidance" for all relevant departments, and the "one network" of enterprises was informed of the process, progress and results of each link. In the first 11 months of this year, 457500 market entities and 122600 enterprises have been cancelled in Shaanxi Province.
