In November, the average purchase price of electric coal in the whole region was 206.78 CNY/ton, up 0.54% on a month on month basis, up 0.43% on a year-on-year basis; after being converted into standard coal (7000 kcal), the average value was 410.51 CNY/ton, up 0.72% on a month on month basis, up 5.99% on a year-on-year basis.

Among them, the average purchase price of electric coal in the eastern region is 197.13 CNY/ton, up 0.05% month on month, up 8.96% year on year; the average purchase price of electric coal in the western region is 214.50 CNY/ton, up 1.15% month on month, down 5.04% year on year. According to the data of the National Bureau of statistics, from September to October, the output of raw coal in China was stable at over 320 million tons, and the fourth quarter is usually the peak season of coal production. Therefore, in December, the coal production capacity of our district will continue to be released and the coal supply will be sufficient. At the same time, in November, the coal inventory of national key power plants is still at a high level in recent years, maintaining at around 97.9 million tons, and the willingness of power plants to replenish the inventory is not strong. In addition, the recent Bohai Rim power coal price index is at a low level.
