IPO results of Qicai chemical
On February 19, Qicai chemical released the announcement on the listing results of gem. According to the announcement, the IPO price of Qicai chemical is 22.09 yuan / share, with no more than 26.68 million ordinary shares (A shares). After the launch of the call back mechanism, the number of offline final issues was 2.668 million shares, accounting for 10% of this issue; the number of online final issues was 24.012 million shares, accounting for 90% of this issue. The online and offline subscription and payment of this issue has been completed on February 15 (T + 2). According to statistics, online investors subscribed 23.9599 million shares, with a subscription amount of 529 million yuan; offline investors subscribed 2.666 million shares, with a subscription amount of 58.8923 million yuan. In addition, the main underwriter underwrites 54000 shares, with the underwritten amount of RMB 1193100, and the underwritten proportion of 0.2%.
