Return to the main business of chemical industry and add fine chemical industry
On the evening of December 11, huasoft Technology (002453) announced that the company signed the equity transfer agreement with Beijing huasoft Intellectual Property Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "huasoft industrial investment"). According to the agreement, the company plans to sell its 100% equity of huaruan Jinxin Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "huaruan Jinke") to huaruan, and the transaction consideration of 100% equity of huaruan Jinke is RMB 128 million. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold the equity of Sinosoft Jinke, and Sinosoft Jinke and its subsidiaries will no longer be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements for accounting. Huasoft technology said that the sale of 100% equity of huasoft Jinke is mainly based on the strategic focus, and the company will focus on the development of fine chemicals and supply chain management business in the future. The sale will be conducive to the integration and optimization of existing resource allocation, increase the company's working capital and reduce financial expenses, which is in line with the interests of all shareholders and the company. It is understood that since November, huasoft technology has continuously disclosed several announcements. On November 9, the company announced that it intends to purchase 100% of Odyssey chemical's equity by issuing shares and paying cash.
On December 3, it sold 10% of yinjiajinfu's equity, and then transferred 100% of huasoft Jinke's equity. From this series of actions, it means that huasoft technology began to return to fine Chemical business area. At the beginning of this year, when discussing the research results of "2017-2025 fine chemical industry development ideas and Countermeasures" in Beijing, relevant experts said that 2017-2020 is the era of fine chemical industry 2.0; 2021-2025 will enter the era of 3.0, and the corresponding rate of fine chemical industry in 2025 will be increased to 55%; 2025-2030 will be transferred to 4.0 fine chemical industry, with the goal of becoming a powerful country in fine chemical industry. Strive to make the total output value of fine chemical industry exceed 5 trillion yuan in 2021, with an average annual growth rate of more than 15% and a fine rate of more than 50%; cultivate 10 leading enterprises of fine chemical industry with an average annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan; increase the total export value of the industry by more than 20%; upgrade 2-3 fine chemical industry parks; establish 10 fine chemical technology centers in new fields to provide technical support for industry upgrading. Huasoft technology personnel said that huasoft technology has been deeply engaged in the fine chemical industry for many years, and each line has a good production and operation basis. In the future, in the field of fine chemical industry, it will develop more new products that meet the market demand and have higher added value.
