There are specific management requirements for heat preservation of underground high temperature generating equipment and pipelines and steam assessment indicators of key units. All devices are self checked and self modified before entering the heating season. The production management department shall organize a monthly work coordination meeting, track the implementation of the reduction measures of each unit, and coordinate and solve relevant issues.

 

Plan "professional subjects". Based on the technical research, Yanshan Petrochemical comprehensively promotes lean management through heat preservation treatment, device heat tracing transformation, instrument heat tracing to water heat tracing or electric heat tracing, steam trap treatment, water heating transformation, device technical transformation, comprehensive utilization of waste heat, etc. Among them, the oil refining department can save 1.8t/h of steam by adjusting operation or heat preservation and steam trap; the propane unit can gradually reduce the solvent ratio from 3.8 to 3.3 and save 1.2t/h of steam by exploring conditions; the chemical department can optimize the reflux of phenol distillation tower on the premise of meeting the quality of phenol, and reduce the medium pressure steam consumption of the unit by about 0.8t/h. Organize "comprehensive physical examination". With the approaching of heating season, all production units take the initiative to improve the freeze protection and condensation scheme, strengthen the management and control of weak links, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and conduct the freeze protection and condensation safety shouting through scheduling meeting, early shift meeting, situation and task education and other ways; according to the characteristics of different devices, identify the key prevention and control parts, comprehensively carry out the hidden danger investigation, and ensure that the heat tracing pipeline is not blocked or leaked, The pipeline with missing or damaged insulation shall be re insulated; the operation of the steam trap shall be checked one by one, and the existing steam trap shall be inspected and repaired to reduce steam consumption; the bypass of the outlet valve of each standby pump shall be checked to see whether it is slightly opened to ensure the liquid circulation flow, etc., so as to ensure the realization of the goal of "not blocking a pipeline or damaging a valve by freezing". At present, the heat tracing condition of each unit of the company is in good condition. Since entering the heating season for one month, the heat tracing steam consumption has decreased by 13% year on year.
