Hunan Province plans to put 3000 tons of frozen pork in reserve
In order to ensure the stable supply of pork market during the new year's day, the Spring Festival and the "two sessions" of our province, the Provincial Department of Commerce issued a notice recently, and decided to put in reserve frozen pork during the "two festivals" and "two sessions" for about one month, and the province plans to put in 3000 tons. Affected by African swine fever, since July this year, the supply of pork market in the province has been tight, and the price has risen sharply. "Pork is an important meat consumer product of Chinese residents, accounting for more than 70%." Xiao bin, inspector of the Provincial Department of Commerce, said that in order to ensure the stable supply of pork market during the "two festivals" and "two conferences", the Department of Commerce decided to put in reserve frozen pork during the "two festivals" and "two conferences" (December 25, 2019 to January 23, 2020), and the province planned to put in 3000 tons. Among them, the provincial reserve is 2000 tons, and Changsha Municipal reserve is 1000 tons. There are 200 outlets, including no less than 100 in Changsha and 100 in other cities and prefectures.
