Pollutant Discharge Permit Will Finish Issueing in H2 2017
According to arrangement of Ministry of Environmental Protection, Pollutant Discharge Permits issued to companies involved in 13 industries including cement, chemical, electroplate, petrochemical, agricultural products and byproducts processing, printing and dyeing, API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) and tanning, etc. will finish in the second half of 2017 and those issued to companies involved in industries listed on directory of stationary pollution source will basically finish by 2020.
