4500 tons/year photoresist project completed
Recently, Hefei Dingcai Technology Co., Ltd. in Xinzhan High-Tech Zone held a ceremony to put into operation a new display supporting high-end electronic materials production base project.
The first phase of the project, with an investment of RMB 350 million, covers an area of 100 mu and has a designed capacity of 15 tons of OLED high-purity organic materials and 4500 tons of photoresist materials per year. With the completion and operation of the project, Xinzhan High-tech Zone has formed an initial industrial cluster including OLED panels, light-emitting materials, carrier glass, equipment and technology R&D platform.
The first phase of the project started in October 2020 and took nearly two years to complete the construction of all main plants and supporting facilities. After the first phase of the Hefei production line achieves full production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of more than $1.5 billion.
Founded in 2018, Hefei Dingcai is the mass production base for OLED organic light-emitting material products and photoresist products deployed by Dingcai Technology in the electronic material industry.
Dingcai Technology is the first enterprise in China to realize the mass production application of OLED materials with independent intellectual property rights. Up to now, Dinzai has applied for nearly 600 invention patents, and nearly 160 of them have been authorized. Dinzai has developed a series of color photoresist products with high transmittance, high contrast and high sensitivity according to the development trend of the industry. In recent years, Dinzai has also developed a series of high-end photoresist products around AMOLED flexible panels.
