One, the market of Tribulus, the origin of the vagabond

The general market price of tribulus is between 28 and 29 yuan, and for green goods, 35 to 37 yuan.
Yulin market: The new production period for Tribulus has ended, supply this year is small, merchants have some expectations for the future market and the near-term market is strong. The current market price of tribulus green goods is around 35 yuan, while inferior goods cost between 27 and 33 yuan.
According to dealers in the Tribulus production area in Inner Mongolia, the production period has ended this year, and the origin of the goods has largely been exported. Tribulus yields are lower this year because of the weather, but the colour and quality are better. The business is optimistic about the future market, and Hand Supply is in no rush to sell, with all items now selling for around 27 yuan each.
Prices have risen for two years in a row.
In October 2012, the price of tribulus skyrocketed from 10 yuan to 17 yuan in 2013. The market surged again in June 2016 to a high of 26 yuan, after which it entered a downward channel and gradually retreated to around 13 yuan in 2018.
In 2019, the price of trips started to rebound to near 17 yuan and remained low in 2020. It was not until news of the 2021 production cut that the price rose again to Rmb23.
In 2022, the market has entered a phase of actual digestion, and the price of travel has been fluctuating around 23 yuan. News of the production cuts spread in Inner Mongolia and other major production regions after the new 2022 production schedule was announced. Two consecutive years of production cuts have led to another rise in tribulus.
Third, production reduction
Tribulus is a perennial succulent, mostly supplied to the market from wild sources. Wild resources of Tribulus are found mainly in China, India, Eastern Europe, and Africa.
China's northernmost part of the Yangtze river region was the briers wild resources distribution, but existing habits are harvested in Chifeng, Tgo, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, ningxia hui, near nutrient-laden, weinan in Shaanxi, Wenxi and places such as northeast Jilin Baicheng, of which the output of Inner Mongolia region is the largest, best quality. The market has already taken the lead.
According to statistics from the big data platform of the TCM industry in Tiantan, the output of Tribulus tours will be about 1,382 tons in 2020 and about 1,187 tons in 2021.

Tribulus is one of a small number of drought-tolerant and rain-tolerant plant varieties, most of which are supplied to markets for wild products. Market consumption of the variety has been increasing in recent years, primarily because it can be used to extract saponins from Tribulus terrestris. Increased use, increased consumption, and relatively low market supply have stimulated the price of tribulus terrestris.
According to statistics from the Big Data Platform of the traditional Chinese medicine industry of Tiandi Yuntu, the consumption of TCM in the 2020 Tribulus Tour is about 980 tons. Including the amount extracted, supply and demand are essentially balanced. In 2021, the number of trips made by Tribulus was approximately 1,020 tons.
5. Main demand products and corporate analysis.
In terms of the demand of Chinese patent medicines, through the screening of 7702 kinds of Chinese patent medicines monitored by the platform, 82 Chinese patent medicines on the market currently contain Tribulus terrestris, and the Chinese patent medicines with high demand are Mingmu Dihuang pill, Hemorrhoids capsule, Mingmu Zi Chenopodium pill, etc.
Chinese patent drug companies with high demand for Tribulus are Jiangxi Sinopharm Co Ltd, Jilin Huinan Changlong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co Ltd and Jilin Longtai Pharmaceutical Co Ltd.
Six, market forecast
Prior to the start of new production this year, some businesses in the tribulus production area have been reflecting poor growth, and some businesses have continued to take delivery, pushing the market up continuously..In the middle of August, new production begins, and the supply of goods for the year is really not large, and the holders are confident that the prices for the new production period of the year will not fall and will continue to rise..Two consecutive years of high production of the breed, combined with the concentration of the supply of goods in the hands of a large number of people, the market and continued higher prices are likely.
