Internet addiction (IA) refers to a group of syndromes caused by neuroendocrine disorders, with psychiatric symptoms, somatic symptoms, psychological disorders and personality changes as the main clinical manifestations, leading to impaired social function activities. According to its clinical characteristics, severity and prognosis, it is divided into two categories: Internet addiction disorder (IAD) and Internet addictive syndrome (IADS). Modern psychologists have established diagnostic criteria for adolescent "Internet addiction": Internet access has become an essential part of life activities, and psychological and physiological dependence has been generated. If forced to stop Internet access, withdrawal symptoms will appear, such as Internet addicts feeling empty, bored, irritable, depressed, or violent tendencies. In today's China, Internet addiction has seriously endangered society, with a wide range of influence and strong destructiveness. It is the culprit of almost all so-called "teenagers with Internet addiction problems"; secondly, bad online games and drugs have a mechanism that makes people addicted and cannot extricate themselves, and seriously damage people's physical and mental health.
