Pulmonary aspergillosis
The pathogens of pulmonary aspergillosis are mainly Aspergillus fumigatus, and a few are Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus corymbe, Aspergillus nidulans and Aspergillus versicolor. From 1949 to the end of 1988, more than 300 cases of respiratory aspergillosis were reported in my country, but the total number before 1972 was only 47. Most pulmonary aspergillosis is secondary infection, and primary cases are extremely rare. Clinically, this disease is generally divided into three types: aspergilloma, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) and invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA).
