Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis (OA), also known as osteoarthritis, degenerative joint disease and bone hyperplasia, is one of the most common joint diseases. The disease not only damages the articular cartilage, but also affects the entire joint, including the subchondral bone, ligaments, joint capsule, synovium and muscles around the joint, eventually leading to articular cartilage degeneration, fibrosis, fracture, ulceration and damage to the entire joint surface. Typical clinical manifestations include pain, stiffness and joint deformity.
