Rotational heterophoria
Cyclophoria is a tendency for the cornea of one or both eyes to deviate toward the nasal or temporal side at 12 o'clock. The normal eye position can be maintained by the balancing action of the superior and inferior oblique muscles, but patients may suffer from eye muscle fatigue due to excessive tension of the oblique muscles.
