Male infertility refers to the situation where a man and a woman do not take any contraceptive measures and do not get pregnant, and the woman's examination is normal. This is called male infertility. There are two main types of male infertility. The first is sperm abnormality, mainly oligoasthenozoospermia and azoospermia; among them, asthenozoospermia is the most common, that is, the percentage of forward-moving sperm is less than 32%; oligozoospermia means that the sperm density or total number is too small; teratozoospermia means that there are too many abnormal sperms and the proportion of normal sperm is too low; azoospermia means that no sperm can be found in the ejaculated semen. The second is sexual dysfunction, such as erectile dysfunction, commonly known as impotence; or premature ejaculation, difficulty in ejaculation during sexual intercourse, retrograde ejaculation, etc.; severe sexual dysfunction will cause the man to be unable to ejaculate into the woman's vagina, and thus cannot become pregnant naturally.
