Neurosarcoidosis
Sarcoidosis, also known as sarcoidosis, is a chronic granulomatous disease of unknown cause that can invade multiple organs throughout the body, with the highest incidence in the lungs and lymph nodes. About 5% of sarcoidosis patients have the nervous system invaded and show signs of nervous system damage, which is called neurosarcoidosis. Neurosarcoidosis can recur. According to statistics, about 1/3 of patients may have recurrences during the course of the disease, and non-recurrent neurosarcoidosis accounts for about 68%.
