Radial head fracture
Radial head fracture is a common elbow injury, accounting for 0.8% of total fractures, and about 1/3 of patients have combined injuries to other parts of the joint. Radial head fracture is an intra-articular fracture. If it is displaced, it should be open-reduced and internally fixed to restore the anatomical position and early activities to restore the elbow flexion and extension and forearm rotation functions.
