Stromal keratitis
Stromal keratitis is an inflammation in the layer, which is a non-ulcerative deep keratitis. According to different causes, anti-syphilis, anti-tuberculosis, anti-rheumatic and other therapies are carried out. Corticosteroid eye drops or subconjunctival injections can be used locally. Mydriasis, hot compresses, etc. are also used. For those with residual corneal scars and visual acuity less than 0.1, optical keratoplasty can be considered.
