Idiopathic ventricular tachycardia
Idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (IVT) was first reported by Gallavard in 1922. It often occurs in patients without organic heart disease, and examination shows that it is a group of monomorphic ventricular tachycardia without obvious abnormalities in cardiac structure and function.

Verapamil Hydrochloride Injection
Indication: 1. Cardioversion of rapid paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Vagus nerve inhibition (such as Valsalva method) should be the first choice before applying verapamil. 2. Temporary control of ventricular rate in atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation. Except when atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation is combined with atrioventricular bypass pathway (preexcitation syndrome and LGL syndrome).
