Atlantoaxial rotational dislocation fixation
The essence of atlantoaxial rotational dislocation and fixation is old dislocation. Fielding (1977) called the atlantoaxial rotational subluxation state that occurs spontaneously or after mild trauma as atlantoaxial rotational fixation. Later (1983), he called it rotational dislocation.
