Capillary hemangioma
Capillary hemangioma is the most common benign tumor in infants and young children, also known as infantile hemangioma. It is composed of a network of dilated and proliferating capillaries, including strawberry hemangiomas and port-wine stains. It is more common in infants, mostly females. Capillary hemangiomas in many children stop growing or disappear within one year of age.
