Vaginal adenocarcinoma is a rare vaginal malignancy, accounting for about 4% to 9% of primary vaginal tumors. It can occur at any age. Most vaginal adenocarcinomas are metastases from other cancers, such as endometrial cancer, cervical adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, and rectal cancer. Vaginal adenocarcinoma with renal duct remnants is seen in young women.
