Episcleritis
Episcleritis is located in front of the equator, especially in the area between the corneal limbus and the attachment of the rectus muscle. It has a short course, is prone to relapse, and has a good prognosis. About 2/3 of patients are unilateral and are common in adults. Clinically, there are usually two types.
