Primary myelofibrosis
Primary myelofibrosis (PMF) is a chronic myeloproliferative disease caused by unexplained abnormalities in hematopoietic stem cells. The pathological basis of PMF is the marked proliferation of bone marrow fibrous tissue and extramedullary hematopoiesis.

Jakafi is indicated for treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after failure of one or two lines of systemic therapy in adult and pediatric patients 12 years and older.
