This product is an oral third-generation broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic. This product has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Streptococcus (except faecal Streptococcus) and Streptococcus pneumoniae; Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Shigella, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, especially against Serratia, indole-positive Proteus, Enterobacter, and Citrobacter, which are less sensitive to cephalosporins. It is stable to β-lactamase produced by bacteria. However, this product is ineffective against drug-resistant microorganisms such as Pseudomonas, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, and Enterococcus.

This product is a second-generation cephalosporin drug with a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. Its bactericidal mechanism is to hinder the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. It has a significant effect on Gram-positive aerobic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus (including β-lactamase-producing strains), Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Streptococcus pyogenes, and can inhibit a variety of streptococci and staphylococci; it is highly sensitive to Gram-negative aerobic bacteria such as Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis, and can inhibit a variety of Enterobacteriaceae and some Fusobacterium, Peptostreptococcus, and Propionibacterium acnes in anaerobic bacteria. It is ineffective against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus, and has no antibacterial effect on most strains of Bacillus fragilis and other non-sensitive bacteria.

This product is a potent, selective non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It can inhibit the conversion of androstenedione produced in the adrenal glands of postmenopausal patients into estrone, thereby significantly reducing plasma estrogen levels and inhibiting breast tumor growth. In addition, this product has no significant effect on the production of adrenal cortical steroids or aldosterone.

This product is a new type of fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. It inhibits the activity of bacterial DNA helicase and topoisomerase IV, hinders bacterial DNA replication and achieves antibacterial effect. It is effective against aerobic bacteria, general anaerobes, anaerobic Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. It has the same antibacterial effect as imipenem and ciprofloxacin, and the same antibacterial spectrum as ceftazidime and gentamicin. It has strong antibacterial activity against clinically isolated Staphylococcus, Enterobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, various Gram-negative bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Prevotella bacteria. It has strong antibacterial activity against imipenem, cefazolin, ceftazidime-resistant bacteria, ampicillin-resistant bacteria (Haemophilus influenzae), gentamicin or resistant bacteria produced by the combination of ceftazidime (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), and resistant bacteria produced by β-lactamase hydrolysis of imipenem (Serratia marcescens). It has a killing effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong killing effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the dormant period, logarithmic growth period, and stable period. The intensity of the effect is stronger than ceftazidime and gentamicin, and the killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus in the dormant period and growth period is stronger than ceftazidime.
