| Clindamycin phosphate |
The antibacterial spectrum is the same as that of lincomycin. Oral administration of 150 mg of hydrochloride will reach a peak blood concentration of 2-3 μg/ml in 45-60 minutes. The peak blood concentration after intramuscular injection is 3 hours for adults and 1 hour for children. After intravenous injection of 300 mg, the blood concentration is 7 μg/ml in 10 minutes. It is widely distributed in the body, but it is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid. It is metabolized in the body, and some metabolites can retain antibacterial activity. Metabolites are excreted by bile and urine. The original drug collected in the urine accounts for about 1/10 of the total amount of the drug in the body, and the t1/2 is 3 hours, which can be slightly increased when the liver and kidney function are poor. Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis cannot effectively eliminate this product.

By inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it inhibits bacterial DNA replication, transcription and repair processes. It has antibacterial activity against the following microorganisms: 1. Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (limited to strains sensitive to methicillin), Streptococcus pneumoniae (strains sensitive to penicillin). 2. Gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae and parainfluenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Proteus mirabilis. 3. Other microorganisms: Chlamydia pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumoniae.

It can inhibit the occurrence of cachexia in tumor-bearing mice, inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice by more than double. It can inhibit the production of cachectin in tumor cells, and also inhibit the effect of cachectin on normal cells, thus preventing cachexia in tumor patients.
